dkr999 Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and dkr999 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at dkr999.cam.

dkr999 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the Platform, including any content, features, functionalities, promotional offers, account services and payment processes made available through it.

dkr999 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Users are individually responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in their applicable jurisdiction prior to registration or participation.

Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive made available by dkr999 subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Cashier" means the deposit and withdrawal management interface accessible within a User's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures required by the Platform to validate user identity and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
• "Platform" means the dkr999 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services accessible at dkr999.cam.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, used as a display currency reference on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered through before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary or operator-initiated restriction preventing a User from accessing gaming services for a defined or indefinite period.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing content, registering an Account, depositing funds or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable promotional terms published on this Platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not register an Account or use any services provided through the Platform.

This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, understandings or agreements between you and dkr999 relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on dkr999, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during active Account use.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful under your local law.
4. You must not hold more than one active Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts per User are strictly prohibited.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of dkr999 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.

dkr999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification, proof of address and date-of-birth verification. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be closed with forfeiture of applicable funds.

Account Registration

Registration requires the submission of accurate, current and complete personal information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number — is truthful and not misleading.

5.1 KYC Verification

dkr999 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of wallet registration)

Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending successful KYC verification. dkr999 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any time.

5.2 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only. Accounts found to be duplicate registrations of the same individual will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances accrued through prohibited duplicate activity.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date. Material changes — including changes to your residential address or contact details — must be reported to dkr999 support without undue delay.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not authorised.

You must notify dkr999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. dkr999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality, except where directly caused by our proven negligence.

dkr999 recommends the use of a strong, unique password not used on other platforms, and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. dkr999 will never request your password via email or unsolicited communication.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits into your dkr999 Account must be made using payment methods listed and available in the Cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including bank transfer options associated with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a permanent commitment by dkr999 to support any specific method.

7.1 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier and may vary by payment method. dkr999 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Deposit Currency

Amounts may be displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for informational reference. The operative currency of your Account is determined at registration and governed by the operator's published currency terms.

7.3 Prohibited Deposit Sources

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards used to obtain cash advances or funds derived from unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting User's Account must be in good standing with no active suspension or violation flags.
• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of dkr999 prior to first-withdrawal processing.
• The withdrawal must meet the minimum amount specified in the Cashier for the selected method.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in the Account must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of those funds.
• The withdrawal method must be one registered in the User's own legal name, matching the name on the Account.

dkr999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Actual processing windows depend on the operator's internal review queue, the selected payment method and applicable KYC status. Contact support if a withdrawal has not progressed within the expected timeframe stated in the Cashier.

dkr999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding stated thresholds, or where unusual activity patterns have been identified on the Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through dkr999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is activated. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots may contribute 100% while table games and live casino products may contribute at a lower rate.

9.2 Bonus Validity Periods

All bonuses carry a validity period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered through before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

9.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

dkr999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it reasonably determines that a User has exploited or attempted to exploit promotional terms, including low-risk hedging strategies across multiple accounts, use of bonus funds in excluded games, or any pattern of play inconsistent with genuine gaming intent.

9.4 Bonus Opt-Out

Users who do not wish to receive bonus funds may opt out of promotional offers by contacting support prior to depositing. Deposits made without opting out may be automatically paired with active promotions.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of dkr999 are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or tampering with any Platform software, security feature or data;
• Exploiting technical errors, system bugs or malfunctions for financial gain;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Breach of any prohibition above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dkr999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of dkr999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, framed or incorporated into any other website or service without the prior written consent of dkr999.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkr999 and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losing streaks or unfavourable outcomes;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity failures affecting game sessions;
• Unauthorised third-party access to your Account where reasonable security measures were not followed;
• Any decision made in reliance on information provided on this Platform without independent verification.

dkr999's total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits dkr999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

dkr999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. No gambling outcome is guaranteed, and the Platform does not represent gambling as a reliable source of income.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in their Account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that notify Users of cumulative session duration.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, restricting further play once reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be honoured without exception.

If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, we encourage you to use the above tools and to seek independent support from recognised responsible gambling organisations in your region. dkr999 is entitled to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where problem gambling indicators are identified, without prior notice.

Suspension & Termination

dkr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• A User's identity, age or eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• dkr999 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order;
• A User's gambling behaviour indicates a problem that warrants a protective intervention under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting dkr999 support. Upon confirmed closure, any verified real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be processed for return to the User subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC completion.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

dkr999 does not operate under a licence granted by any Pakistani authority and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of gaming regulation matters. Users in Pakistan participate at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.

Amendments to These Terms

dkr999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at dkr999.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
